ALUMNAE SPECIAL EVENTS

Welcome Alumnae!

The Oconto alumnae association has been formed to keep the spirit of Oconto alive and a part of past campers and staff every day life.

We hold reunion celebrations every five years, usually a Spring function involving a meal in Toronto, and a weekend at camp in the Fall. Several alumnae have been involved in the past making these events happen.

Watch for information regarding the 85th anniversary celebrations in 2009!

We also publish the Oconto Echo twice a year and send it out to any alumnae that ask for it. We are pleased to announce that alumnae Michele Nadeau and Martha Hogg are now involved in spearheading efforts to improve communication with alumnae, and in coordinating special events.

We love hearing how everyone is doing; careers, family situation, children etc. Please keep us posted! The biggest challenge with the alumnae is trying to keep accurate mailing lists. Please send us your e-mail, and or a mailing address. We will be sending The Echo in the future by e-mail when possible. Don't forget to keep us current with any changes to your address. We don't want to lose you!
